We would like to share information how to get apostilled FBI check through your state department office, instead of sending FBI check to Washington D.C. When you get the FBI CRC, please provide an affidavit saying it is a true document from FBI and what you are using it for. Like for a visa processing to teach in S. Korea. Get notarized the affidavit by public notary and bring it with the FBI CRC to your secretary of state department office, then they will apostille the FBI CRC. It would be much shorter than sending it to Washington D.C. to get apostilled it. As I informed you before, the apostilled FBI CRC must be sent to Korea by December 27th at the latest. Otherwise, even you sent off all documents with a proof of FBI check processing + apostilled state level CRC for securing your placement, it will be cancelled it if they don’t get the apostilled FBI CRC by December 27th.
